Snack Bars
(Each snack bar is around 110 calories, or around 135 calories with chocolate chips)
In a large bowl mix roughly together the softened( or even better melted) peanut butter and honey.
Add the oats and salt and mix WELL to combine. Take your time with this, the mixture will be sticky but it's important to coat each oat grain well so this mixture sticks together.
Optionally, stir in chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture into a 7 or 8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper( lightly grease the parchment paper so the honey mixture won't stick)
Using wet hands press this mixture well into the pan. The better you press the mixture, the better the bars will hold their shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 10 - 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely so they continue to set and cut into 8 bars.
Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.

Pro Tips
For a more frozen experience with the Skinny “McFlurry” and Skinny “Oreo Blizzard”, you can pop this mixture into the freezer for about 20 min before eating. I don't usually do this because it’s meant to be a super quick snack.
