Ingredients
For the cookies
115 g (1 stick) Soft unsalted butter
150 g (¾ cup) Brown sugar
2 Egg yolks
120 g (1 cup) All purpose flour
25 g (3 tbsp) Cocoa powder
½ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
Chocolate chips (to taste)
Method
For the cookies
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add the egg yolks, and mix.
Add the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Mix until just combined.
Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Add the milk, and finish bringing the dough together.
Form the cookies using an ice cream scoop, or by hand, and chill them for 15 minutes.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes.

Store the cookies in an air-tight container.
