Ingredients
For the crust
80 g (1 cup) Oreos, crushed
30 g (2½ tbsp) Melted Butter
For the filling
500 g (2 cups) Philadelphia cream cheese
250 g (1 cup) Heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
120 g (½ cup) White sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
30 - 40 g (¼ to ½ cup) Crushed Oreo cookies, but you can add as much as you like
Method
For the crust
Lightly grease a 9-inches spring form pan.
Crush the Oreos cookies and add the melted butter.
Place the mixture in the spring form pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate.
For the filling
Whip the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Add the heavy cream (whipped to soft peaks) and crushed Oreos cookies.
