Ingredients
For the ice cream
300 g (1¼ cups) Cold heavy cream
180 g (¾ cup) Cold milk
100 g (½ cup) Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
25 g (3 tbsp) Cocoa powder
4 cups Ice (per bag)
½ cup Salt
Method
For the ice cream
In a bowl combine heavy cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
Divide the mixture in half, and to one half add the cocoa powder.
Pour the ice cream mixes into two separate ziplock bags (make sure to close them well!)
Place the two bags in two larger bags.
Add salt and ice to the larger bags. Shake for 5-10 minutes.
Tips
Make one ice cream at a time - so add the ice and salt only when you're ready to shake and make it.
