These mini croissants are a fun and easy to make, and have a fantastic texture!

INGREDIENTS
1 Puff pastry sheet
Egg wash for the croissants (mix an egg yolk with a little milk)
Sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the puff pastry sheet into little rectangles, then divide into triangles.
Roll the triangles of puff pastry into croissants. Freeze for 5 minutes before baking! This allows the croissants to puff up beautifully.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180°C (350°F) for around 8-10 minutes or until golden.
