Ingredients
For the cookies
250 g (2 cups) All purpose flour
2 tbsp Milk
140 g (1¼ cups) Powdered sugar
150 g (1⅓ sticks) Very cold butter cut into small pieces
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Salt
Method
For the cookies
In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla extract.
Cut the butter into the dry ingredients.
Add the milk and finish bringing the dough together.
Chill dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut out the cookie shapes.
Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes.
Tips
Store the cookies in an air-tight container.
