Ingredients

For the cake

350 g (3 cups) Chocolate Cookies.
Note, measure the cookies after crushed into a fine powder

370 g (1½ cup) Milk

2¼ tsp Baking powder

PLEASE READ : The flavor of your cake will depend on what cookies you choose to use!

For more Chocolate flavor you can add:

  • Nutella

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Additional Cocoa Powder

 

Method

For the cake

Crush the cookies of your choice into a fine powder.

Add the sifted baking powder and warm milk.

Pour batter into an 8 inch pan greased and lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cake in a preheated  oven to 170 °C (340 °F) for 15 minutes. Do not over bake.

To frost

Frost with Nutella.
