Ingredients
For the dough
250 g (1 cup) Milk
125 g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) All purpose flour
2 Large room temp eggs
Pinch of salt
Sugar and cinnamon to coat the churros
Method
For the dough
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the milk and bring to a gentle boil.
Turn off the stove, and add the flour all at once and salt and mix until a dough forms.
Allow the dough to cool for 10 minutes and then add the eggs one at a time, mixing throughly after each addition of egg.
Transfer mixture into a piping bag and fry the churros in hot oil (160 °C / 360 °F).
Toss in cinnamon sugar.
