Ingredients
170 g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) All purpose flour
110 g (1 stick) Softened butter
120 g (4.5 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, vanilla extract, and room temperature condensed milk.
Add the all purpose flour and mix to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small sugar cookies about the size of a nickel, or about 2 cm (¾ inch) across.
Lightly press the cookies down and add sprinkles if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 5-8 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, and serve with milk if desired.
Tips
The butter must be very soft BUT not melted.
Store the cookies in an air-tight container.
