These air fryer donuts can be put together in minutes. Because it’s a no-yeast recipe, there’s no waiting for the dough to rise, and they cook in your air fryer in just five minutes.
So, when you’re craving donuts, you can go from measuring out your ingredients to eating beautiful fluffy donuts in less than 15 minutes!
How to make 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Donuts
Scroll down for amounts of ingredients
Step 1- Make the dough
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and self-raising flour.
Transfer dough onto your work area and finish bringing the dough together with your hands. You want to make sure there's no pockets of dry flour. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add 1 tsp of flavorless oil to your dough.
Divide the dough in 2 pieces and roll out each piece of dough into a long log (see the video for a visual guide). Take a dough scraper or a knife and cut out little donuts and roll each donut between your hands.
The donuts should weigh roughly between 8 g and12 g each.
Step 2 - Air fry the donuts
Preheat your air fryer at 350 °F or 180 °C.
In a tray melt down the butter and toss the donuts in the butter. Once the air fryer is preheated, oil the basket with a brush and gently drop the donuts into the basket leaving enough space between each donut as these will puff up.
Air fry the donuts for 5 minutes. Please note, the donuts won't have even browning and that's what we expect with this method!
Step 3 - Coat the donuts in cinnamon sugar
Immediately coat the donuts in melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar. The melted butter helps the cinnamon sugar stick to the donuts.

Pro Tips
Don't be tempted to air fry these donuts for longer than five minutes. If you do, they'll dry out and lose their beautiful, fluffy texture.
